I am so thankful for Coach Bell and IFTraining! I have not trained in a while and stopped because I never made time for myself. Honestly, it’s been excuse on top of excuse. I’m so thankful that Coach has not given up on me and continues to stress the importance of setting aside time for my health. He analyzes your ability when you first begin your training and gradually sets goals for you each session. He motivates you to push toward your maximum capability. He is affordable and simply the best.
